App downloads

Help inside the app
Use the feedback or AI-answer report controls available in the app to flag a problem. Include the feature and what happened; avoid entering unnecessary personal information. The public support email and service response times are pending confirmation.
Account and data deletion
In the current app, open Profile → Delete account and data. Deletion removes the account and associated synchronized data; other signed-in devices clear their copy when they next synchronize.
The final web deletion URL and privacy contact will be published before launch. This marketing website has no connection to your app account and cannot delete it.
Camera, location and audio
Review camera and location permissions in your device settings. You can choose a city manually instead of sharing your location. AI tools require a network connection.
